A deposit of 50% is required to secure a booking.
The deposit is forfeit if the room cannot be re-let following cancellation.
If the room is re-let, a £10 admin fee will be deducted and
the balance returned.
We strongly recommend obtaining holiday insurance which will
cover against cancellation.
The purpose of our form is to confirm arrangements previously agreed
via email. Having made your initial email enquiry, we will reply giving
a booking reference number (required on the form), details of cost
and accommodation reserved.
PLEASE NOTE: An arrival time needs to be
agreed and adhered to. This is to ensure that there is
someone at the Lodge to greet you. If for any reason you are unable
to arrive at the time agreed then it is important that you inform
us of any changes you might wish to make. Failure to do this would
mean that access at an alternative time could not be guaranteed.
Armed with this information, you are invited to proceed to the Booking
Confirmation & Payment Form, fill in all the details, including your
credit card number, and your holiday will be well and truly booked.
Not only is our form on a SECURE Server, but it is immediately encrypted
and remains so until it reaches the safety of the Ruskin Lodge computer.
Then, and only then, is it decrypted (off-line) into plain English
and printed. It is then archived on the Ruskin Lodge PC in its encrypted
form.
